I’m Taylor Carney, the owner of Schoolhouse Play & Cafe, and I want to share a little bit about my story. I’m a teacher with over 10 years of experience, but more importantly, I’m a mom who made the choice to stay home with my two kids. After spending so much time at home with them, I realized how much I wanted to keep doing what I love—teaching—while also creating a space where families like mine could connect and grow together. That’s when the idea for our parent-and-child classes came to life.

As a stay-at-home mom, I know how important it is to find moments of joy, learning, and connection in the midst of the everyday chaos. At Schoolhouse Play and Cafe, we offer a creative, supportive environment where you and your little ones can bond, learn, and thrive together.
